چکیده
Introduction. The effect of various minimally invasive treatment for kidney stones on renal function has not been sufficiently studied. To assess the specificity, severity, and prognostic significance injury urolithiasis its treatment, it is necessary to search «biomarkers injury». concentration serum urea creatinine used in routine clinical practice, glomerular filtration rate change later stages disease are functional parameters. Materials methods. data were searched PubMed, Web Science, Google Scholar, еLibrary.ru using following keywords: «acute injury», «KIM-1», «kidney molecule 1», «NGAL», «neutrophil gelatinase- associated lipocalin», «L-FABP», «liver-type fatty acid binding protein», «cystatin C», «retrograde intrarenal surgery», «percutaneous nephrolithotomy», urolithiasis», nephrolithiasis». Results. Today new biomarkers have proposed detect at initial stages. These neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), cystatin C, molecule-1 (KIM-1) liver-type protein (L-FABP). level NGAL KIM-1 increases until corresponding histological changes parenchyma develop. In percutaneous nephrolithotomy, multiple punctures postoperative bleeding independent risk factors deterioration long term, large size high density stones, staghorn duration intervention largely with development acute early period. Obstructive uropathy affects damage elimination obstruction leads a decrease urine already dynamics biomarker levels suggests that nephrolithotomy causes more than retrograde surgery (RIRS). Conclusion. Аny may lead injury, which always accompanied by impaired function. mechanisms variants specific features, short-term long-term consequences currently fully determined. Further research evaluating methods condition tubules modern needed.

Minimally invasive approaches and their efficacy in pediatric urolithiasis.
OBJECTIVE We compared the frequency of usage and success of minimally invasive approaches in the management of pediatric urolithiasis in our clinic. MATERIAL AND METHODS Data from pediatric patients (≤16 years of age) who had undergone percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL), ureterorenoscopy (URS), and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) between January 2001 and December 2011 were retros...
متن کاملSelected examples of complications after minimally invasive treatment for urolithiasis
In recent years urologists have concentrated on the intense introduction of minimally invasive methods for the treatment of urinary tract diseases with major progress noted in the treatment of urolithiasis. Nowadays extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL), percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), and ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URSL) are widely used in the treatment of urinary tract lithiasis. T...
متن کاملdetection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts
in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
